At Oak Haven School, we are dedicated to embedding and promoting British Values in all aspects of school life, ensuring that our students understand their rights and responsibilities as members of our school community and society at large. Democracy
We believe that everyone in our school community should have a voice and be able to contribute to decision-making processes in a way that reflects their individual abilities. We promote democracy through:

Taking part in Votes 4 Schools and helping students to experience the democratic process and understand its importance in wider society.

The Rule of Law
We help students understand the importance of rules and laws in creating a safe and fair environment. We promote the rule of law by:

Teaching the importance of following rules and understanding consequences, both in school and in the wider community, in a way that is accessible and meaningful to each student.

Individual Liberty
We aim to empower students by encouraging them to make informed choices, understand their rights, and express their individuality. We promote individual liberty by:
